1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Work Step provides advertising infrastructure services including but not limited to:
- Provision of verified advertising accounts (Facebook, Google, Microsoft Bing)
- Business Manager setup and configuration
- Agency ad account access and management
- Google MCC account services
- Campaign infrastructure setup
- Account support and replacement services
3. Account Usage
Clients are responsible for using provided accounts in compliance with the respective advertising platform's terms of service and all applicable laws. Work Step does not encourage or condone the use of accounts for illegal activities, misleading advertising, or policy violations.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full before account delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. Enterprise clients may qualify for invoicing with NET-30 terms upon approval.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the selected plan:
- Starter Plan: Up to 48 hours
- Professional Plan: Same-day delivery
- Enterprise Plan: Instant delivery
While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to platform verification processes or high demand periods.
6. Replacement Policy
Account replacements are provided according to your plan's terms:
- Starter Plan: 1 replacement included
- Professional Plan: Unlimited replacements
- Enterprise Plan: Unlimited replacements with priority processing
Replacements are processed within 24 hours of a valid request. Accounts banned due to severe platform policy violations (e.g., prohibited content, fraud) may not qualify for free replacement at our discretion.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Non-delivery of services within the agreed timeframe
- Account defects present at the time of delivery
- Service cancellation before delivery
Refunds are not available for accounts that have been used or for bans resulting from client actions. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable advertising platform terms of service
- Use accounts only for lawful advertising purposes
- Not share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Maintain confidentiality regarding service details
- Provide accurate information when placing orders
9. Limitation of Liability
Work Step provides accounts on an "as-is" basis. While we ensure quality at delivery, we cannot guarantee the ongoing availability of accounts as advertising platforms may take independent actions. Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for lost revenue, campaigns, or data resulting from account restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Work Step and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the details of the business relationship, including pricing, account specifications, and communication contents. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
